The Polispecialistico Lambrate has a direct agreement with Fasi Open only for dental services

To book services in agreement with the Fasi Open fund you will need to contact the Polispecialistico Lambrate directly and schedule a first appointment by communicating that you are a Fasi Open member.

Once you have made a first visit to the Polispecialistico with our dentists (possibly x-rays too), we will send the request for useful services directly to the fund and, once received, we will inform you of the estimate for the costs to be incurred with the details of the amount reimbursed by the fund.

Always discounted rates At the Polispecialistico Lambrate you will be entitled to quality services according to the rate list in agreement with the Fasi Open, even if the fund does not reimburse you directly

NB: both at the time of booking and BEFORE PAYMENT you will have to inform the staff of the Polispecialistico which fund you are registered with
