The Polispecialistico Lambrate has an agreement with Unisalute directly for dental services only

To book with Unisalute you can contact the Polispecialistico Lambrate directly and set up a first appointment for a dental visit with or without x-rays or for a dental cleaning session. You will then need to contact Unisalute to communicate the date of the scheduled appointment.

Otherwise, it is possible to request the desired service between a visit and a dental cleaning directly on the Unisalute website. Polispecialistico will manage the pending request from you and will contact you to schedule the appointment.

The fund will notify you by e-mail the details of the reimbursed amount

Once you have made a first visit at Polispecialistico with our dentists (possibly x-rays too), we will send the request for useful services directly to the fund and, once received, we will inform you of the estimate for the costs to be incurred with the details of the amount reimbursed by the fund.

Always discounted rates At the Polispecialistico Lambrate you will be entitled to quality services according to the rate list in agreement with Unisalute, even if the fund does not reimburse you directly

NB: both at the time of booking and BEFORE PAYMENT you will have to inform the staff of the Polispecialistico which fund you are registered with
