FREE CLASS PILATES MATWORK FRIDAY THE 24TH AT 5 PM AND 6 PM

The courses season for Pilates Matwork activity opens with two trial lessons

It is possible to book your lesson on Friday February the 24th at 5 pm or 6 pm

Group lessons (max. 6 people) lasting 50 min, with increasing level and intensity:

Time Friday 24 February 2023

1. 5.00 pm - 5.50 pm basic level pilates matwork

2. 6.00 pm - 6.50 pm basic level pilates matwork

Open and free access, comfortable clothing, non-slip socks and personal towel are recommended.
