Dr. Castagnoli is graduated in Biological Sciences and Pharmacy at the University of Bologna. After working for a few years as a researcher in the pharmaceutical industry in Italy and abroad, she then dedicated herself to the study of Human Nutrition by attending specific courses and obtaining a Master in Nutrition.

Enrolled in the National Order of Biologists, she constantly continues her training by participating in seminars and courses.

At the Polispecialistico Lambrate, she carries out personalized consultations with the drafting of food plans for various physiological and non-physiological conditions.  A personalized meal plan will be delivered after an initial call of about 45 minutes.

First consultation includes:

• Initial interview and cognitive history
• Evaluation of tests and any clinical documentation
• Food history to evaluate habits, preferences and needs

In the following checks, usually set at 30/45 days, the progress achieved will be evaluated and monitored in order to be able to make changes to the starting food plan if necessary.
